Course Fee Refund Policy

This policy applies to all courses, tours, and hire services conducted by East Coast Kayaking and Sea Kayak Australia.

Participant Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@eastcoastkayaking.com.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: You may choose to reschedule your booking to a later date at no additional cost, or request a refund.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refunds will be issued. However, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking to a future session.

  • No-shows: If you do not attend and have not notified us, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Rescheduling

Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.
If you are unable to attend a rescheduled session, further changes may not be possible.

Cancellations by Us

If a course or tour is cancelled due to weather or other unsafe conditions, we will offer you the option to:

  • Reschedule to a future session (this may be in the following season), or

  • Receive a full refund.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@eastcoastkayaking.com.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

All submissions will be treated in confidence and dealt with in a timely manner. You will receive a written response.
